My good friend, Erica, has just started a blog.  She is the most wonderful cook and I am angling for an invitation to stay - just lunch would do.

I believe she is starting cooking courses down in Surrey.  Would it be worth the 6 hour round trip?  Maybe she should offer residential courses.......
