Day 3 of partying at the age of 86.........
I love that she saved the best brooch until today.....
Watched the Diamond Jubilee Concert at the Palace on tele till midnight last night, (at home in Australia). Just brilliant, all of it. Aside from the fabulous performers, it was amazing to witness the sincere admiration and respect shown to the Queen by all who attended, as well as all those on stage. Prince Charles' speech was so touching, and the finale of fireworks with the music of 'Zadoc the Priest' and 'Land of Hope and Glory' had me in tears! Just so proud to be British.

P.S. Had to correct my woeful spelling error. It should be Zadok, not Zadoc. Tut tut!
